Looking for a fun and active school activity? Then Block013 is the place for you! During an introductory session, children will get to know bouldering in a fun and safe way. First, our instructor will give them a brief explanation of the basics of climbing and how everything works in the gym. Afterwards, they can get started on the climbing walls themselves, of course under the guidance of an enthusiastic instructor. Expect 1.5 hours of climbing fun, challenging climbing routes, and enjoyable games that promote teamwork, confidence, and movement. An active outing where fun is paramount and everyone can participate at their own level!
Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our climbing gym, routes and using the app. Is your question among them? Then you can quickly get back to climbing.
Anyone can go bouldering! You can do it on your own or with friends. Feel free to drop by. We're happy to help you get started.
Bouldering is the safest form of indoor climbing. The maximum height of the walls is ‘only’ 4.5 metres and the floor is covered with thick mats. As with any sport, there are of course always some risks involved. If you would like to know more about this, please feel free to contact us.
8 is the minimum age and there is no maximum. Climbers up to the age of 12 may only climb under the direct supervision of their parents (1 adult per 2 children).
In reality, you only need comfortable clothes and trainers. For extra grip on the wall, we recommend renting climbing shoes from us. These are available at the reception for €4.50.
