Anyone can go bouldering. We offer a short bouldering introduction, after which you can get started together, and everyone can participate at their own level. The instructor is mainly there for tips and tricks. The session takes about 1.5 hours, after which you can relax at the bar with a satisfied feeling, reminiscing about the climbs, spectacular moves, and the feeling of surprising yourself! Climbing is one of the most natural movements, just like running. In climbing, you constantly seek balance with your body to conserve a lot of energy. Bouldering is the most accessible and, at the same time, the most spectacular branch of sport climbing. Bouldering is puzzling with your body. It makes you strong, muscular, smart, agile, and beautiful. On a wall just 4 metres high, you try to climb up via short routes.

Bouldering is the safest form of indoor climbing. The maximum height of the walls is ‘only’ 4.5 metres and the floor is covered with thick mats. As with any sport, there are of course always some risks involved. If you would like to know more about this, please feel free to contact us.
8 is the minimum age and there is no maximum. Climbers up to the age of 12 may only climb under the direct supervision of their parents (1 adult per 2 children).
In reality, you only need comfortable clothes and trainers. For extra grip on the wall, we recommend renting climbing shoes from us. These are available at the reception for €4.50.
